The main thrust of our highly regarded North American Property Team is the placement and maintenance of delegated authorities for and on behalf of our network of Independent Wholesale Agents and Managing General Agents throughout the USA. These binding authorities handle many classes and coverages including, but not limited to, commercial property, commercial general liability, homeowners, personal lines, inland marine and automobile physical damage.
Individual contracts are tailor made to suit the territory and nature of risks involved whether they relate to areas prone to catastrophes of windstorm or earthquake or the general market conditions and economic cycles.
We can also look at arranging programs for product enhancement coverage and the like where insurance is provided on a non-selective basis (the nature of such programs are numerous but by way of example could include point of sale cover, guarantee protection, extended warranty and unemployment).
In addition to the above binding authority and program business, we can entertain individual risks, where premium levels make this economic, by way of the London Open Market or via a number of our in-house held facilities.
