Our Technical, Claims and Accounts teams form an integral part of our activities and provide a first class service for our clients. Each slip is prepared and every claim is handled in house promptly and efficiently - and due to the close relationship we have with our preferred loss adjusters, TPA's and lawyers, clients can be assured of a quality service across all classes of business.

We are members of the National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices (NAPSLO) and the American Association of Managing General Agents (AAMGA) and regularly have presence at their conventions.
